Case IH Quantum tractors gain new features for 2025
5th February 2025
The 80-120hp Case IH Quantum tractors, available in vineyard, fruit, narrow and row crop versions, gain new features for 2025 that bring additional capabilities and performance from these specialist models.
Case IH also confirmed that the upgrades are designed to boost comfort to ensure the operator gets the maximum from the machine.
Among the upgrades to the operator environment is the new optional cab suspension on row crop and fruit versions, and a new premium seat with enhanced cushioning on all versions for greater comfort and fatigue reduction over long working periods.
The manufacturer added that detailed ergonomic enhancements designed to make the driver’s work easier include more functions for the electronic joystick that controls the remote valves, now including rear hitch raise/lower control. To further enhance the tractors’ driving experience and efficiency, an upgraded main transmission provides smoother shifting and operation.
Time taken to attach implements is reduced through the introduction of new external hitch controls on the rear of the tractor.
Enhanced productivity
What is more, models specified with 4wd – both standard and suspended front axle types – incorporate a new steering sensor that disconnects 4wd automatically when the wheels are turned, for reduced soil damage and driveline stress.
As a result, farm productivity is enhanced through minimised ground disturbance, and the lifetime of mechanical components is boosted through minimised component wear, Case IH said.
Elsewhere on the new Quantum tractors, the hydraulic pipework that supplies the front remote valves on cab tractors has been improved for enhanced support, and there are now optional narrow fenders available for low-profile (LP) Quantum versions.
The manufacturer added that new Quantum models are easily identifiable by striking new styling that matches the family look of larger Case IH tractors. Blending style with functionality, the tractors’ new look is matched by LED turn/indicator lights integrated into the cab A-pillars, providing not only high levels of illumination but also protecting the lights from branches and other potential causes of damage.
The new Quantum with CL specification is now also available with a narrow rear fender option with Z-type rear arms to ensure easy navigation of narrow rows.
