Ridgeview introduces its Rosé de Noirs

The winery said that the Rosé de Noirs is produced from the very finest pinot grapes from one exceptional vintage year. 

A spokesperson for Ridgeview said: “This limited-edition expression of Rosé de Noirs is an elegant, grown-up and serious sparkling wine.  

“Alive with vibrant fruit flavours and a creamy palate of peach, cherry and biscuit, Ridgeview’s Rosé de Noirs 2020 is limited to extremely small quantities and won’t be around for long.” 

Simon Roberts, head winemaker at Ridgeview, aded: “Bursting with black cherry, redcurrant and strawberry notes, there’s a delicious savouriness that comes only with really ripe pinots. It’s a total delight to drink.”
