UK soft fruit industry celebrates National Strawberry Day

National Strawberry Day honours strawberries and their fresh, fruity flavours, making them a perfect choice for a healthy snack. Even though strawberries are traditionally associated with summer, their day is celebrated in winter.  

With strawberries and soft fruits needing demanding environments to grow, including ample warmth and sunlight, greater control over growing conditions is essential for UK growers looking to cultivate strawberries all year-round.
